Crap Villains of the Human Torch, Part 2: Given that the “Diablkarmtrogs” feature was originally named by the deadline-averse Steve Whitaker, it’s appropriate that here we look at the Painter Of A Thousand Perils, whose USP was that whatever he painted became, temporarily, material.

Having worked with artists who take from weeks, to months, to NEVER, to get a job finished, I’m amused by the idea of any artist working this quickly – let alone the Human Torch being dumb enough to literally sit around and wait for the paint to dry before nabbing the bad guy!
